Shipping
Most orders ship the same or next business day. Since production demands vary, please allow 3 business days for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Unfortunately, our system does not automatically return a tracking number. If you need one, please email us with your name and order number.
US domestic delivery time for Priority Mail is 1-3 days, and First Class Mail is 2-5 days (per USPS). Canadian orders take a bit longer due to customs clearance. So in total you should expect your order in 2-6 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
If you want to make a change to your order let us know right away. We ship fast and cannot make changes to an order that has already left our shop.
Returns
We accept returns of stock items that are in new, resalable condition. Contact us by email for a return authorization. If you would like an exchange, we ask that you pay the second shipping charge. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned unless there is an error or defect in the product. We inspect and double check all of our items before shipment to avoid this situation.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and that's the bottom line. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
